8th Graders Start First Food Lab

James W. Parker Middle School 8th graders started their first food lab today in Foods Class and made Apple Crisp. Students practiced recipe reading, measuring techniques and knife skills in one food lab. They started the semester with kitchen readiness training and have learned about different types of kitchen equipment.
