After high school, Petkac plans to attend the University of Toledo to major in Broadcasting and start a career in Sports Broadcasting.

We had a chance to catch up with him before this weekend’s play.

What is your favorite scene in this musical?

Reviewing the Situation

What are you most excited for the audience to see and hear in this musical and why?

The power of combining the youth and exuberance of the Middle School kids, along with the passion and experience of the High School Performers, is really awesome to see.

Why do you like to act?

To get to be someone else on stage feels amazing. Simply getting to go out, perform and entertain audiences is one of the best feelings in the world.

What’s your favorite musical/play of all time and why?

Les Mis – I absolutely love the story, and it has arguably the best musical soundtrack of all time

If you were able to be cast for your dream job/role what would it be and why?

My dream job would be the Play-by-Play announcer for the Pittsburgh Penguins. If I were to be cast, I would love to be selected to play Jean Valjean in Les Mis.
