Several General McLane teachers and their families braved the heat and humidity on Monday morning to clean up a two-mile stretch of Crane Road (from Route 99 to Fry Road). Members of the General McLane Education Association gathered to continue their work for the Adopt-a-Highway program. They were greeted by members of the community with waves, thank-yous, thumbs-up, and even bouquets of garden flowers from one resident on the road!

This will be an annual event for GMEA, who adopted Crane Road years ago.
