GMHS raises more than $2,000 for families during holiday season

General McLane High School teachers and staff raise more than $2,000 for families in need during the holiday season with their “Stache for Cash” competition.

GMHS’ Mr. Graham won the “Best Stache” prize and raised the most money during the competition with $402.

The “Stache for Cash” competition was virtual this year and allowed participants to donate via Venmo to vote for the staff members they felt had the best mustache.

Mrs. Chelton came in second with $347 of donations.

The amount raised was the most raised from the competition yet.
