James W. Parker Middle School raised more than two grand for the Kanzius Research Foundation through their Coins for Kanzius fundraiser. During this fundraiser, students sparked a school-wide campaign collecting coins during a week in February.

Parker Middle School presented a check for $2,469.36 to the Kanzius Foundation Monday. In the past two years, the Middle School has donated almost $7000 and hopes to be at $10,000 by the end of their third year. The 6th grade class raised the most money and will receive a fun fundraiser on Friday.

The Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports ongoing research for the Kanzius Noninvasive Radiowave Cancer Treatment project; a treatment without any side effects. The organization’s mission is to create national and global awareness of the potentials of this treatment and to raise funds to help accelerate the speed at which research progresses through human trials.
