JWPMS Talent Show featured 25 acts

James W. Parker Middle School hosted their annual Talent Show this week.

There were 25 acts selected from a pool of 63 auditions.

Vocal Solos by Grace Honeycutt (“Poor Unfortunate Souls”), Julia Esposito (“Memory”), Josiah Burkett (“Give Me a Lifetime”), Hope Robbins (“Brave”), Morgan Olson (“Killer Instinct”), Taylor Dowlen (“Crazy”), Riley Andrzejewski (“She Keeps Me Warm”), Olivia Mussett (“The Climb”), Clara Enterline (“Who You Are“), Caleigh Meyer (“Riptide”) Cooper Williams (“Uptown Funk”), Abby Johnson (“Lost Boys”), Olivia Minner (“Hey Soul Sister”), Ali Lamoreaux (“Just a Dream”), Katelyn Crum (“Blown Away”), Alie Jones (“Time of Your Life”), Jayda Plonski (“I Will Survive”).

Non-vocal acts included a piano presentation by Dylan Throop, a saxophone solo by Bella Dorman, a group dance by Erin Mennow, Abby Walker, Sydney Bayle, & Chloe Kiser, a gymnastics performance by Lexi Langer, a Magic Act by Isaac Smith, tap dances by Glory Linebach and Sophia Lehmann.

Ryan Hess served as the host of the show.

Three judges selected the top acts based on technical difficulty, state presence and performance. Ali Lamoreaux (8th) took first place, Lexi Langer (8th) took second and Riley Andrzejewski (7th) took third.
